TRUCK AND TRAILER LOADS / WITH 32’ or 40’ FLATDECK TRAILER:
$9.00/MILE
ALL LOADS OVER 500 MILES WILL BE DISCOUNTED .50 CENTS PER MILE
MAN HOURS ARE FIGURED FOR LOADING/UNLOADING OR STANDBY
FUEL SURCHARGE OF 10% WILL BE ADDED ON INVOICE
